The VAE-660 is all-in-one relay tester, which outputs 6-phase current(6×30A) & 6-phase voltage(6×120V) for testing conventional protection relays. The embedded industrial PC with 8” LCD screen, keyboard and trackball mouse are adopted to make VAE-660 run without a PC. It is also available to connect VAE-660 to PC for completing various tests.\ The new high-fidelity linear amplifier is used for VAE-660 to avoid high and medium frequency interference on the test site, and ensure smooth and accurate waveform from large current to small current.

Universal AC Test

This application is mainly used to test the action value, return value, sensitivity angle, and action time of various AC relays such as voltage relays, current relays, and power direction relays. This application is also the most basic application of the entire testing system, which can provide 6 voltage and 6 current outputs simultaneously. In addition, under the manual control test mode, the amplitude, angle, and frequency of each voltage and current can be adjusted arbitrarily.

Distance & Zero Sequence Protection APP

In 110KV and above line protection, normally distance and zero sequence protection is set as main protection of line, and they often concentrate in a set of protective tester. The testing module of distance and zero sequence protection is a software developed aiming at this situation, which can complete automatically all kinds of earthing distance, phase to phase distance and zero sequence protection.

Differential Protection Test App

The unit of differential protection is designed according to the characteristics of micro-computer type or integrates circuit type transformer, generator and differential protection of Motor. It is used for testing automatically its characteristics of ratio control, harmonic control, action time, etc. Different from the ‘characteristic test of differential relay control’, this module does not do the test by directly loading action current and brake current on test, but loading primary current and secondary current on differential protective tester by simulating them，then it will combin action current and brake current by the protection.
